Topic: THE SECRET POWER OF GREATNESS

 

Text: Genesis 39

 

The Message: 

There are things you have to know in order to achieve greatness. In the book of Genesis, we can see that Joseph refused to commit fornication, because of Joseph, God blessed the house of Potiphar. I pray God will bless your family because of you in Jesus name.

If we read the book Genesis 45, we will see that Joseph became prime minister he was great.

 

What is greatness?

Being the head and not the tail, reaching the peak, when your life count for God and humanity, making impact wherever you are, being what God wants you to be, keying into divine part way for your life, when your life is an asset to you, your family and your generation.

 

Facts about greatness:

-It's not about what you achieve in life, it's being what God wants you to be.

-It does not fall like pawpaw on a tree, or inherited. You have to work it out.

-Greatness comes in phases and different stages of life.

-Greatness can be discovered.

-Greatness can be developed and empowered. It can be tapped to the fullness Psalms 71.1

-There are enemies of greatness around. You need to be careful. Potiphar’s wife was one. Any man who can easily commit fornication or adultery should forget about greatness and that's why you should be careful.

-God and the entire world are waiting for your greatness to manifest.

According to Romans 8:19 your greatness will manifest. 

 

 12 secrets that can power your life to greatness. 

Deut 29:29

There are secrets many don't know only few that knows and use it judicious.

1.Power of divine dream: Joseph had dream to be great in life. God showed him, the enemy dealt with him at last he overcame. 

I decree the dream of your greatness in future God will reveal to you in Jesus name.

2.Power of humility: Those who are humble, God will lift up. Those who are proud, God will relegate. Those who are proud will always reject opportunities. Humble yourself and obey. 

3.The power of integrity: Say no to anything outside divine order. Do not compromise your integrity. Integrity will promote you and bless your life and destiny.

4.Power of obedience: If you're obedient, you'll eat the good of the land. Obedience will work for you.

5.Power of diligence: Work hard. Proverbs 22:24. Those who work hard always stay at the top.

6.Power of focus: Do not allow anything to distract you. 

7.Power of persistency and consistency: Do not be discouraged.

8.Power of forgiveness: Forgive those who wronged you.

9.Power of love for God: Let God be the first. Love God with all your heart.

10.Power of the word of God: Joshua 1:8. Dwell in God's word and have good success, first class success.

12.Power of prayer: Jeremiah 33:3 Come unto me. I'll show you great and mighty thing you know not. When you pray you'll know.

 

Apply these secrets and in the nearest future you'll be greater than your age mates. 

Among your colleagues you'll be the greatest in Jesus name. Amen
